I think this week is all about the photos, and today I have lots of lovely brother sister bonding photos.

First though, our Christmas tree all lit up, because you have to post one of these every year!

Since we spend so much more time indoors the kids obviously have to find other ways to get their energy out. One of their favorite things to do is to rock in the La-Z-Boys. Naturally they figured out if they rock together they go a lot faster!

Another favorite of theirs is to run down the hallway over and over again. They act as though they are racing, they start with their backs against the wall and then one of them yells "GO!"

Although really, one of them usually starts running at least two steps before the other one starts. So since they don't go banging into each other, I let it go. Yes running in the house is bad, but getting their energy out in a pretty safe way is good, so I'm going with it.

Even better? When they stop what they are doing and yell "cheese" so Mommy will take their picture. Yes, they really are trained well.

And the best way to end the night? Have (future) Auntie Ashley read a bedtime story.
